Challenge

What results did the clients want to achieve? 1. Reduce time spent on routine tasks: ◾ processing of incoming applications; ◾ filling out and creating insurance certificates; ◾ sending letters with reminders and promotions. 2. Increase customer loyalty by improving service quality. 3. Reduce excessive personnel costs.

Solution

To achieve the desired results, we have created a system made up of three components. ◾ The user-friendly website was developed to draw in more clients and offer the option of scheduling appointments online. ◾ Reduced customer service wait times and more accessible work for employees were made feasible by a system that automatically generated certificates for clients. ◾ An internal mailing service that is tailored to the requirements of the customer and set up to send reminders automatically when certificates are ready to expire.

Results

The results of our collaboration over the first year: ◾ The finished product in three months ◾ 88% less time spent on customer service (from 25 min to 2 min) ◾ Cost savings for personnel of over 90% (instead of 30 managers, only 2 are needed) ◾ Due to better service quality and effective marketing, the number of clients has doubled. ◾ Return on Investment (ROI) is around 900%.
