
3D Computer Vision Solution for Fashion Retailers & E-Commerce
Challenge
The project idea was to transfer selected clothing from the photos to the 3D model while preserving the necessary human pose. This solution provides added value for retailers, enabling users to shop for clothes online.

Project Development Approach
The solution is based on the pose estimation models used for landmark detection. Since clothing alters its form when taking the shape of a person’s body, for a proper augmented reality (AR) experience, a deep learning model should identify not only basic key points on the body’s joints but also the three-dimensional body shape.
The solution includes the following functionality:
- Human clothing and body segmentation
- Dense pose estimation
- Transfer of textures from real-life photos
