Challenge
The existing website of the company was generally outdated, with almost monochromatic looks, too much text, and poor product presentation.
Our task was to propose an improvements plan, aiming to enhance the company's online presence and effectiveness.

Our task was to propose an improvements plan, aiming to enhance the company's online presence and effectiveness.
Solution
We made an audit focusing on the products and services presentation, usability, visual design, and good practices in web development. Based on our discoveries, we made a four-points plan including:
1. Information architecture:
The main objective was to improve the website structure. We proposed projects categorization, filtering options, page cross-linking, and more.
2. UI/UX improvements:
We proposed a total redesign that would be supportive of the new information structure, reflect more on the current design trends, and offer better usability.
3. New core:
Due to security concerns and aiming for faster website performance, we proposed a total website rebuild following good industry practices.
4. Redirects:
We made a list pointing out how the old pages will be redirected.
