IT Platform for Delivery with Scalable Multi-User Architecture
Challenge
Velo a socially-driven delivery and e-commerce platform for Nigeria, developed by ItFox for a local tech startup. The product empowers small and medium-sized businesses, creates new employment opportunities, and drives digital transformation and economic growth in African regions. Beyond delivery, Velo aims to build digital infrastructure that supports sustainable development and inclusion.
Task:
Develop an integrated IT ecosystem that connects restaurants, stores, couriers, and buyers in one digital space enabling secure online payments, order tracking, logistics coordination, and business analytics. The main goal was to launch an MVP that validates the product concept, demonstrates scalability, and attracts investor interest for further expansion.
