This online platform has become a means of effective real-time communication between a client, a valuator, and a real estate agency. The minimalist interface allows a user to focus on the main thing: the creation of a detailed report covering all the characteristics of the property chosen for estimation.

An easy tool for property condition assessments has been created to simplify the process of choosing a property to buy. The tool is based on numerous forms developed for each user role to meet different purposes: a client leaves the property evaluation request, partner (valuator) assesses the property condition, and admin creates a final report for a client. The application helps a customer be sure of the property location, price, infrastructure, neighborhood, and many other factors influencing the client’s decision.
