Challenge
The Client requested Jelvix to develop an eCommerce platform that could represent hundreds of the most trusted and respected manufacturers of medical equipment and supplies across the healthcare industry. The main challenge was to assist the Client in making the platform, provide the fastest and most reliable order fulfillment, and increase customer loyalty. When the Client came to Jelvix, customers’ orders were all managed manually via the phone. It was necessary to implement new technologies urgently.
