Shaparency

Shaparency initially used a different vendor to build the product, but the engagement ended unsuccessfully and left them with an unfinished software product on an unstable codebase. Shaparency knew the fully-realized product would require an experienced full-stack resource to solve the backend integrations and frontend data processing challenges involved in the project. Given the state of the project, Shaparency realized it would be unrealistic to develop the product on a reasonable timeline with their current internal development team.

JetThoughts provided a fractional CTO resource to help guide the project and 2 full-time engineers to act as a virtual development team for Shaparency. In addition, we provided a dedicated project advisor to bring real-time visibility into progress and ensure alignment with the leadership team at Shaparency.
