Astellas: Business-Critical Ethics and Compliance Platform

Astellas Pharma US, Inc.'s Ethics and Compliance department sought to improve access and usability of critical ethics and compliance information for sales representatives in the field. They needed a solution that would integrate seamlessly with Astellas' large IT infrastructure while providing a better user experience for field teams.

To address these challenges, Astellas partnered with Kanda to develop a mobile and tablet-friendly custom data platform. This platform allows sales representatives to access up-to-date and location-specific ethics and compliance policies and contact information. Kanda utilized technologies such as AngularJS, Microsoft Azure, and SharePoint, ensuring adherence to Astellas' corporate firewall policies and providing a user interface design supporting all devices.
