Challenge
Our objective was to fix and enhance the existing application by resolving any issues and improving its overall performance. We needed to migrate the app from React Native CLI to the Expo platform, which will streamline development and enable easier updates and maintenance. Additionally, we needed to implement new functionalities to enhance user experience and meet evolving requirements.

Solution
We addressed and fixed longstanding bugs in the old app to enhance stability and performance. Additionally, we successfully transferred multiple modules to EXPO, streamlining the development process. We also updated the iOS version to ensure compatibility with the latest operating system features and improvements. Furthermore, we released the Android version, expanding our user base and accessibility. To provide a better user experience, we introduced new functionality, enhancing the app's overall usability and value.
