Over the past year and a half, we have managed to attract 800+ thousand users, reach the top 10 in the category of business in the markets, and improve many internal processes. We need approval at higher levels - we use correspondence, we need to resolve an urgent issue - a phone call and we are always in touch. We hold daily standups to stay on the same wave.
