Policy information was scattered across PPTs, spreadsheets, and inconsistent file formats, so employees went straight to HR for answers on leave, payroll, benefits, and internal processes. This created a constant support load on HR, slow responses for employees, and policies that often went unread because the information was hard to find.

Kreeda Labs built a Generative AI HR chatbot that acts as a virtual HR partner for employees and a controlled tool for HR staff. RAG pipelines ingest full policy documents and answer questions on demand, turning static files into an interactive knowledge base. A dual-role design recognises whether the user is an employee or an HR administrator and adjusts access accordingly, while role-based access control and PII masking keep sensitive data protected to enterprise compliance standards. The assistant is deployed inside Microsoft Teams, so employees get instant, accurate answers within the tools they already use. It was built with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines.
