Tangs aimed to modernize its digital commerce infrastructure as part of a broader retail transformation strategy. The challenge was to revamp the eStore website and mobile app design while integrating multiple systems - such as mobile POS, mobile fulfillment, and CRM - into a unified, scalable eCommerce ecosystem. The existing platform required migration to a more standardized solution that could support new features, streamline operations, and elevate the overall customer experience across both online and offline channels.

To support Tangs’ retail transformation, we migrated their customized platform to a standardized eCommerce solution that enables easier feature expansion and long-term scalability. We refreshed the eStore website and mobile app with a more modern, user-centric design to enhance digital engagement. Additionally, we integrated a new CRM system and unified backend technologies - including PIM, OMS, WMS, and fulfillment systems - to enable a seamless omnichannel experience. This end-to-end approach ensured a future-ready platform aligned with evolving customer expectations.
