Samsung aimed to maintain its market leadership in Vietnam’s highly competitive smart electronic appliances sector. We developed and implemented a suite of data-driven solutions tailored to Samsung’s objectives, including a Consumer Journey Mapping tool to better understand user interactions, a Brand Advocate Management system to activate and track loyal customer influencers, and a Brand Visibility Management system to monitor and enhance brand presence. These tools empowered Samsung with actionable insights and real-time brand performance tracking.
