Challenge

The task was to develop a comprehensive loyalty program for Aller-Retour that seamlessly integrates with the existing infrastructure. The challenge involves creating a system where customers can earn bonuses through various interactions with the platform and partners, and then have the ability to redeem these bonuses with their preferred partners.

Solution

The project includes two different apps. The first app is aimed at regular customers and offers such features as cashback bonus collection, search for the nearest locations, etc. The second app is aimed at partners - restaurants, car rental shops and other similar businesses. Here partners can create and manage locations, conduct transactions and use various functions related to their services.

Results

Successful adoption of the app for regular customers results in: a 30% increase in app downloads and installations compared to the initial target, a 40% redemption rate among users actively collecting bonuses, an average rating of 4.5 out of 5. Successful implementation of the app for partners results in: a 35% reduction in the time it takes for partners to register and start using the platform, the creation of over 500 locations, surpassing the initial goal by 20%, a 50% increase in the number of transactions conducted through the app.
