Explore CRS, a recruitment agency connecting international and bilingual schools with teachers across Asia and the Middle East, needed a robust online platform to streamline its recruitment process. The challenge involved integrating a third-party CRM system (Bullhorn) for job applications and user profiles while also providing advanced filtering, search capabilities, and a dynamic system for generating CVs. The site featured custom frontend development to support dynamic CV generation, advanced filtering and search for job listings, and a smooth user registration process. Embedded videos and downloadable resources were included to enhance user engagement. Custom email notifications and a user-friendly interface ensured a seamless experience for both candidates and employers. The site was hosted on servers in Hong Kong and the US, ensuring global performance optimization.
