The challenge was to design a site that resonated with the Chinese audience while maintaining the brand’s global luxury appeal. The site also needed to be optimized for fast loading in Mainland China, incorporate parallax scrolling and animations, and support ongoing updates and scalability.

The design featured smooth parallax scrolling and inview animations to create an engaging user experience. Netlify CMS was integrated to allow for easy content management and updates by the Lagardère team. Hosting was strategically set up within Mainland China to comply with local regulations and ensure fast load times. Ongoing support was provided, including continuous deployment through Buddy CI, on-page SEO optimization, Google Analytics integration, and CMS training for seamless content updates.
