Activy, a Polish well-being application, aimed to encourage employees to adopt healthier lifestyles through various physical activities, such as cycling, running, walking, gym workouts, and team sports. The challenge was to develop a gamified system that not only motivated employees through friendly competition but also allowed them to support various charity organizations. Additionally, the platform needed to provide HR departments with tools to engage their teams effectively and monitor participation.

To address this, LeanCode developed a user-friendly mobile application that enables employees to participate in custom sports challenges, track their cycling activities via GPS, and earn points for their performance. The app includes features such as offline/online capabilities, integration with health apps and wearable devices, a newsfeed, and rankings to foster engagement. For HR departments, an admin platform was created to access reports, statistics, and data, as well as to communicate with participants through messages and social board posts.
