The founders of Floud had a ready-made application, but they needed support from a team of professionals who would introduce necessary modifications, implement and integrate a designed solution.
Leaware took care of a software development. Floud started cooperation by delivering layouts and specifications in written format. Leaware created BDD scenarios for verification. The development has been organized mostly in 1 week sprints. The deliverable was a web-based solution including event listing and ticket buying for consumers, event management for event organizers, moderation portal for editors and app-basd ticket scanners.
The solution gathered a very positive feedback from users, resulting in increasing number of app downloads.
