Challenge
There was a need to build Mobile and Web applications to track equipment location and define managers who are responsible for a certain equipment at a particular time.
Among the key features were keeping everyone updated with the status of the venue, tracking the equipment inventory location, avoiding the equipment loss, giving workers more responsibilities for the proper usage and equipment control.

Solution
The Web application consists of 4 roles: Global Admin who creates accounts, Admins who are responsible for adding events, equipment assignment, stage view and venue. PMs take equipment from the warehouse and give it back, and Employees who are able to be in the loop on events and equipment that should be loaded into the trucks. There is a statistics that shows the most often equipment rent, working hours of each team that helps manage overtime.

Results
Our team developed web and mobile apps with the purpose to track the equipment inventory in stock and on the move. We aimed at creating software that strictly controls and tracks the equipment movements, its dynamics, and statistics. This software provides fast way to form a rider formation, onboarding of new employees became easier, and equipment is not lost anymore.
