Together with The PeopleHive, Lizard Global designed a mobile application which has the purpose of assessing cultural alignment within organizations based on their competencies, norms, and values. By sending out surveys to all employees, it is possible to indicate the extent to which the desired norms and values are present among organizational members.

Signing up for PeopleHive allows organizations to obtain unique and valuable insights into the cultural alignments among employees within the company.
