Challenge

Our client, a major Japanese banking partner, faces a substantial challenge in handling their daily influx of data, requiring a staggering 12,000 hours annually for manual processing. This cumbersome process not only leads to sluggish customer responses but also invites negative feedback from clients. Moreover, the lack of standardization in data entry, characterized by inconsistencies in capitalization, lowercase usage, and abbreviations, complicates information retrieval and filtering. Consequently, they are grappling with the urgent need to streamline and synchronize their data processing operations for optimal efficiency.

Solution

Our project was geared towards revolutionizing this operation, aiming to boost efficiency while maintaining high accuracy. To achieve this, we embarked on a consultancy journey, crafting an automation roadmap centered around RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions. Our RPA solution was meticulously structured, comprising four pivotal stages.
