Our client is one of the biggest South Korean multinational electronics companies with many business units, including vehicles.
Starting in 2017, they wanted to set up an Offshore Test Center in Vietnam to handle all test activities for different AVN models from different producers.

Solution
We coordinated with the client to transfer devices and did a pilot phase for knowledge transfer and capability assessment.
We set up an Offshore Test Center, transferred devices, built a team of 25 people, built the process, trained domain knowledge, and cooperated in testing activities with the client.

Results
The project started in 2017 and is ongoing now. We have executed over 200,000 test cases and detected over 80,000 bugs for over 100 cả models and 2,000 model variants. The team has expanded to over 50 people and is expected to continue growing.
