KVB E-book is an innovation towards Go – Green channel which facilitates the customers to carry-out all non-financial transactions at any time, anywhere without any inconvenience.
KVB E-book provides the customers, scalability to check whether all the details like Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Utilities, Requests, Info-Corner, Favourites and Miscellaneous are up-to-date. The app has grouped these details into individual tabs, under which the customers can easily navigate to fetch the desired data.

Results
Customers can login the application using their ID and registered mobile numbers, following which they will receive a MPIN to their Registered Mobile Number during the first login. Then upon entering the MPIN in its respective tab opens the account, after which they can choose any options like Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Utilities and others.
Cheque's return reasons can be viewed from your e-Book account statement straight away. The Anmol reward points can also be checked along with the mini statements and statements of transactions, for a particular period of your debit cards in E-Book app. In addition to the RD maturity's alert, we have also enabled alerts for standing instruction failure and locker arrears. In addition to this, we have enabled the sms/email alerts when the user access the e-book app from any other device.
Pride, Prestige & Sr.Citizen Customers now have the privilege to get call-back service from our customer care representative during the working hours. Net-Banking claims can be easily submitted from your portable e-book with much ease. Also using the rate conversion calculator, all your foreign exchange transactions can be now be converted and calculated in the rate of INRs.
Insurance Scheme Details - Customers can request to open/view their Insurance schemes & Social Security Schemes.
