Performance Marketing Analytics and Reporting Dashboards
Challenge
The client needed deeper visibility into marketing performance across multiple paid channels and CRM data sources. Campaign data, cost data, lead information, UTMs, publishers, creatives, keywords, and funnel metrics were difficult to connect at a granular level. Without clean attribution and unified reporting, it was hard for marketing teams to identify which ads, publishers, locations, time periods, and campaign structures were producing the best business results.

Solution
Mamble created detailed marketing analytics and reporting dashboards by combining marketing platform cost data with CRM and first-party lead data. We cleaned, matched, and merged data across campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, creative, copy, publisher, geography, day-of-week, and time-of-day dimensions. The reporting system was automated in Google BigQuery and used to track metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPL, CTL, MQL percentage, SQL percentage, funnel dynamics, marketing margin, and ROI.

Results
The dashboards gave the client a clear, data-driven view of marketing efficiency and helped identify the highest-performing campaigns, publishers, creatives, and timing strategies. Teams could reduce spend in underperforming areas, reallocate budgets more effectively, and optimize campaigns based on real business outcomes instead of surface-level marketing metrics. The public case study reports ROI improvements ranging from 50% to 400%, depending on the channel.
