You can ask any person in HR, his/her biggest problem would be a “Paper Work”. Whether it’s employee record management, attendance records or even payroll management for entire workforce and keeping everything in order is a challenging and time consuming task.
Automation is the only way where all these problem can be solved mainly by using HRMS application. As the Organization grows keeping things in order without automation becomes impossible and later becomes disaster. It is always recommend to prevent the issue from arising and invest in technology to automate the daily operational task so the employee can focus more the strategic and more productive work.

HRMS application come a long from Register based attendance to Mobile based attendance system, Roster Creation to Auto Shift based attendance, Manual Excel based processing to fully automated single click Payroll processing. HRMS Digitization journey started with the understanding of what every other HRMS/HRIS is offering and what are the limitation of these applications. Identifying pain points of using existing HRMS was the key for us and give us the idea to build something that should ease the Users and increase the user experience. One of the strongest point in our Application is that it caters the requirement of the Outsourcing employee management with the capability of managing multiple subscription under one application.

Results
After the research and efforts of our team we have come up with the Application which was as per user requirement and ease of use. Biggest lesson that we have learned that technology is changing every now and then and if we don’t adopt at the right time you will be left behind. That is why we have decided that we will never lock the code of this Application, we will keep on inducting new features, services and technology in the application.
