Sanno

The main challenge faced was making sure the product reached user hands as quickly as possible, while maintaining an amazing user experience and performant solution on mobile platforms. In a startup like Sanno, iterations and user feedback are key. Our engineering process had to take into account the sensitive nature of the healthcare industry, as a loss of quality in the solution could lead to undesired outcomes

In order to achieve our goals, we had to develop a thorough and accelerated engineering process based on SCRUM with short sprints. We used React-Native framework to develop our solution since we needed a mature hybrid-technology in order to achieve the desired pace.

We finally automated the whole integration and deployment process using Bitrise that allowed us to achieve multiple builds per-week constantly. We completed the mobile application with success. The client got a scalable and smooth application ready to be published in Play Store and App Store.
