After struggling with the logistical and financial aspects of managing multiple KBB Design Shops for over 15 years the client decided he needed a software solution as the current market solution which consistend of using primarily "Pen & Paper" plus 5 different software tools wasn't good enough.
He also knew that the other 15,000 US-based KBB Shops like his have the same problem so he saw a great market opportunity to solve his one logistical problems but also provide a SaaS solution to the whole industry and help digitise it.
