Challenge

Sanadeeg needed a robust multi-channel eCommerce platform capable of handling high traffic while maintaining a seamless user experience across web and mobile. Their existing system struggled with slow performance, poor scalability, and difficulty managing large product inventories.

They also faced challenges in maintaining consistent branding across multiple websites and lacked an efficient content management system to control and organize content. Solution

We developed a customized Shopify-based multi-channel eCommerce platform tailored to Sanadeeg’s business model. To address performance issues, we implemented optimized database mapping, enabling the platform to efficiently handle a large number of users simultaneously.

A high-performance search server was integrated to significantly improve search speed and accuracy, allowing customers to quickly find relevant products. We also built a dedicated content management system (CMS) that gave the team complete control over product listings, content updates, and website management across multiple channels.
