FGS Global: Revitalizing Global PR Agency’s Digital Presence with Next.js and Storyblok

FGS Global is a leading global strategic communications firm advising corporations, governments, and institutions. They needed more than a static informational site — they wanted a fully modern, performance-oriented platform to support their content, brand storytelling, and global presence.

Their legacy site struggled with technical debt, slow performance, and a rigid CMS that couldn’t handle multilingual content or complex content workflows. Their content team (12+ editors) managed over 1,500 content items and 128 components but lacked a visual editor, good multilang support, or flexible search functionality.

We rebuilt the website using Next.js for hybrid SSR/SSG performance and paired it with Storyblok as headless CMS, giving the content team block-based modules, visual editing, multilingual support, and better control.
We integrated Algolia to power a custom content search solution that supports dynamic redirection, type-aware results, and filtering.
The result is a scalable, modern platform:
