CallLoop is an app for mass messaging. Facing the Challenge: Inherited in an unfinished state, CallLoop presented a unique challenge. The architecture lacked a central backend, with various app components handling backend functions independently. This decentralized approach limited scalability and posed maintenance difficulties.

Solution
Our objective was to completely redesign the application, essentially starting from scratch.
The new architecture involved :
Microservices: Individual services, each specializing in a distinct function (authentication, data storage, etc.), would replace the monolithic backend approach.
API-driven communication: Services would communicate with each other and the frontend through well-defined APIs.
Containerization: Each service would be packaged as a container, further enhancing scalability and deployment flexibility.
User Migration: We developed a migration strategy that minimized downtime and maintained data integrity throughout the process.
