Challenge: The client faced an opaque logistics landscape, struggling to monitor and manage costs across packaging, storage, and delivery. They sought a solution to: analyze large datasets, track 3PL and carrier performance, consolidate e-commerce fulfillment data.

Solution

Solution: NEKLO delivered a multi-phased approach: Design Prototype: A rapid initial prototype showcasing the core functionalities and user interface. Expanded MVP: A feature-rich Minimum Viable Product (MVP) exceeding initial expectations and continuously honed in collaboration with the client. Key Features: Third-party data integration: Reconciliation of bills and identification of potential overcharges by scanning 3PL invoices, contracts, and carrier networks. Direct refund requests: Streamlined process for users to submit official refund requests for identified billing errors, including order and invoice details, directly from the platform.
