Novacura developed a Team Target Board (TTB) solution using the Novacura Flow low-code platform. This digital solution replaced manual processes and enabled efficient management of individual and team KPIs.

The platform integrated seamlessly with Rejmes Bil’s existing systems, providing real-time data visualization and write-back capabilities for setting targets, assigning tasks, and following up on actions. The solution also expanded to manage additional processes, such as used car management, checklists, and other operational needs.
