Challenge
Hyundai Motor Ukraine, with a network of 35 dealers and over 150 users, required a unified digital environment to manage the entire sales process across its dealership network.
The main challenge was to ensure centralized control and support for all dealers — from lead and opportunity management to car order processing — while maintaining full visibility for the distributor (importer).
