Solution
SEIDOR Opentrends’ EdTech team designed and developed a complete eTraining program addressing clients' pain points and integrating with Cornerstone LMS. The solution allowed a holistic approach to the learner's journey and positively impacted sales performance. A multidisciplinary team across UX, UI design, content, video, marketing, and engineering disciplines was selected and integrated into the client's internal team.

The program also allowed the client to renew its resellers' database and expand the reach-out target audience, resulting in a consistent and unified message across multiple learner's journey stages. The client now has loyalty metrics from its certified reseller network and the opportunity to engage resellers through an alumni community constantly.
