Challenge

Booking laundry should be quick and easy, but SwiftWash made users stop and think. People were not sure how the service works, what happens after placing an order, or if their clothes were safe.

SwiftWash’s challenge was:

  • People didn’t know what to do when they opened the app
  • It wasn’t clear what happens after placing an order
  • Order status was hard to understand at a glance
  • Service options were not clear while choosing

Solution

SwiftWash had issues around unclear booking, low trust, and poor visibility of orders. Our services focused on making the tasks easier to understand by showing what happens at each step and helping users feel confident handing over their clothes.

UX Design


‍Booking a laundry service wasn’t clear at first. Users didn’t know how to choose services. The flow was adjusted to guide users from selecting services to confirming pickup in a way that feels straightforward and easy to follow.

UI Design


‍Service details like pricing, weight, and delivery timing were not clear enough to make quick decisions. We redesigned the interface to show these details upfront so users can understand more easily.I

Iteraction Design


Key actions like booking, tracking, and checking order status were not obvious. These actions were made more visible so users can move forward without searching.

Product Design


‍Handling orders between customers and laundry partners was not well structured. We designed separate flows so users can place and track orders easily, while partners can manage requests and update progress without confusion.

Results

The changes made booking laundry quicker to complete and easier to understand. Users could place orders, track progress, and feel more confident without needing to double-check each step.
