Challenge

Objective:

  • Create a new, modern web visual identity consistent with the brand book
  • Build a future-proof, flexible website that supports the business strategy

When Kiwi Storage reached us, they had an established brand but wanted to reach a wider audience and automate the storage ordering process by integrating the third-party system. In other words, they wanted to make their website the main source of lead generation.

They weren't satisfied with the WordPress website they owned, because they had to strongly rely on developers and manually deal with the inquiries, which was ineffective and time-consuming.

Making a website the main lead source requires a high-security, fast, and scalable solution, so migration to Jamstack was the perfect match.

Solution

Services provided:

  • Jamstack development
  • Next.js development
  • Sanity as a Headless CMS
  • On-site SEO Optimization

Kiwi aspires to rebuild the website into an e-commerce platform with a customer accounts creator. That's why we decided to build the website with Next.JS, as it's the clear winner for projects where you want to interact with users and have the ability to support custom features.

We decided to go headless to give the content creators full control over the content appearance and information architecture and make the content easily adaptable to future modifications.

Results

The results speak for themselves:

  • LCP decreased from 2.9s to 456 ms
  • TBT from 430 ms to 144 ms
  • Performance grew from 41 points to 99.

What's more, we were responsible for the UX and UI design.
