Before working with us on this project, they were stuck using an old, complex system that didn’t meet their needs. They wanted something modern, easy to use, and dependable.
After successfully building another Martech SaaS product with Peppernode, they chose to partner with us again. They strongly believed that the best CRM for telemarketing had to be custom-made—built to match their exact way of working, from lead tracking to subscriptions. We fully agreed and set out to prove them right.
The client was using an outdated custom CRM for telemarketing. It was hard to use, often broke down, and cost too much because of a messy billing system. It also couldn’t handle big customer lists or create reports automatically. This led to real problems for the business.
