The client is a financial services company based in New Jersey, USA. It focuses on financial planning, retirement solutions, and insurance. It has a dedicated loyal customer base and is essentially an offline company depending largely on sales people for lead generation. The customer base of the client is geographically bound to the surroundings of New Jersey and Maryland. Before approaching Perceptive Analytics, the client had maintained a website for 10 years. It also invested considerably in PPC ads and content marketing, in an attempt to attract new customers. However, the investment produced limited and low-value results.


Conducted comprehensive Keyword Search Analysis using tools like Word Cloud, Text Mining, Word Tree, and Phrase Net to identify promising keywords. Optimized website for high-performing keywords. Analyzed onsite visitor behavior with Heat Maps, identifying attention areas for user engagement improvements. Conducted Traffic Flow Analysis to pinpoint website traffic issues, recommending design and content improvements. Refined web strategy based on keyword insights and user behavior, optimizing the site for increased relevant traffic and conversions.


Results: The implemented solutions led to significant improvements: 1. Increased Website Traffic: Identified high-performing keywords and optimized the website, resulting in increased relevant traffic. 2. Enhanced User Engagement: Analyzed user behavior and improved website elements to enhance engagement, as depicted in Heat Maps. 3.
