Challenge

The client, a global luxury hotel and resort brand, aimed to strengthen its organic visibility across multiple international markets while operating in a highly competitive travel landscape. Despite strong brand recognition, the website had limited visibility across high-intent, non-branded search queries, restricting its ability to attract new audiences and generate qualified leads.

At the same time, the company was preparing for a large-scale website revamp and multi-language migration. This introduced significant risk, including potential loss of rankings, traffic, and indexation issues. Ensuring continuity of performance during the transition, while also positioning the brand for long-term growth, was a key challenge.

Additionally, aligning SEO strategy across multiple stakeholders, regions, and languages required a structured and collaborative approach to ensure consistency and effective execution.

Solution

We developed and executed a comprehensive SEO and content strategy aligned with the client’s business objectives and global footprint. The process began with a full performance audit and benchmarking exercise, followed by in-depth keyword and competitor research to identify high-value growth opportunities.

We restructured the site architecture to improve crawlability, internal linking, and alignment with user intent. New SEO-driven landing pages were developed to capture demand across priority topics and services.

A scalable content strategy was implemented to expand the brand’s digital footprint and authority. This included identifying high-quality content previously used in print and repurposing it into optimized digital articles, published on a newly established blog.

Throughout the website migration, we provided hands-on SEO support, including URL mapping, redirect strategy, and coordination across multilingual versions. Technical and on-page optimizations were also implemented, including schema markup, metadata improvements, and proper hreflang and canonical setup.

Results

Within 12 months, the project delivered significant improvements across key performance metrics.
