The client's vision was to develop a digital application that would provide a platform for patients and doctors to connect and communicate virtually. The goal of the application was to offer convenience and flexibility for both patients and doctors, allowing them to schedule appointments and consultations online. By eliminating the need for physical visits, the application aimed to save time and reduce costs for both parties.

Solution
Both types of roles for patients and doctors have personal profile where general info about them is displayed. Among features of patients' roles are registration and authorization, ability to make appointments online. This system is integrated with payment gateways allowing users to pay for their appointments and consultations with credit cards or Paypal accounts.
Patients can also select a doctor according to their preferences by setting up the necessary filters and studying ratings and reviews.
The doctors’ role allows to manage schedule, create reports based on the collected data.
Patients and doctors can communicate in private voice and video chats.
In case of an unexpected postponement of the appointment, users will receive an email notification about changes in the schedule.
