
Challenge
The objective was to create a compelling, cross-platform strategy/action game titled Total Virus from the ground up. The primary challenge was to design a highly modular system that supports complex unit behavior and multiplayer functionality while maintaining high performance across different hardware. We needed to establish a complete content pipeline—from narrative design and a comprehensive Game Design Document (GDD) to high-quality 3D modeling and VFX—ensuring that the game remains optimized for high FPS even during intense gameplay sessions with numerous units on screen.

Our team implemented a robust analytics framework and a custom backend ecosystem to handle player progression and quest systems. We focused heavily on cross-platform optimization, ensuring the assets and code remain efficient. Beyond programming, we handled character creation, environment design, and UI/UX, resulting in a cohesive visual and narrative experience ready for the global market.
