Kitchen Supply | Ecommerce Web Design
Challenge
When Kitchen Supply came to us, the scope was unlike a typical project. This was not one store that needed attention, but an entire portfolio of brands, each with its own identity, audience, and story to tell. The family of brands included Joyce Chen, Lexa, Old Stone Pizza Kitchen, Maverick, Escali, and London Sip, alongside Kitchen Supply itself.
The core challenge was consistency without sameness. Each brand needed a website that felt distinct and true to its own personality, yet every store also had to meet the same high standard of design, performance, and conversion. Managing that balance across seven separate websites is where many partners fall short.
On top of that, the existing digital presence simply was not doing the brands justice. The stores lacked the polish, structure, and shopping experience that today's customers expect, which meant lost trust and missed sales across the board. For a group of brands with genuine quality and heritage behind them, the websites needed to reflect that same level of craft.
In short, Kitchen Supply needed a partner who could take on an entire portfolio, build each store from the ground up, and deliver excellence consistently across all seven.

Solution
We took on the full scope with Kitchen Supply, designing and developing all seven websites completely from scratch. Joyce Chen, Lexa, Old Stone Pizza Kitchen, Maverick, Escali, London Sip, and Kitchen Supply were each given the attention of a dedicated, standalone project.
For every brand, we started with its identity. Before a single page was built, we made sure we understood what made that brand unique, so each store could carry its own personality, tone, and visual style rather than feeling like a template repeated seven times. Joyce Chen needed to feel different from London Sip, and London Sip different from Maverick, and the design of each site reflects exactly that.
At the same time, we held every store to one consistent standard of excellence. Each website was built around a clean, intuitive shopping experience, with conversion focused sections placed thoughtfully throughout to guide customers naturally toward checkout. We crafted considered product pages, smooth navigation, and a refined cart experience across the board.
Behind the scenes, every store was developed on clean, semantic HTML with strong site speed and an SEO friendly structure, giving each brand a fast, search ready foundation. The result was seven distinct, premium websites, built from the ground up, unified by quality but never by sameness.
