Challenge

Plein de Vie Jewelry came to us with a website that was quietly holding the brand back. For a jewelry business, where trust and visual appeal shape almost every purchase decision, the existing store simply wasn't doing the products justice.
The biggest problem was the design itself. It felt outdated and uninspiring, and it didn't reflect the quality or elegance of the jewelry on offer. The browsing experience was clunky and hard to navigate, which left visitors feeling unsure exactly when they should have felt confident enough to buy. We also completely reworked the cart drawer and made it ten times better, turning it into a clean, intuitive, and far more persuasive part of the buying journey.

Knowing that unanswered questions were costing sales, we designed clear, well structured policy pages and reassurance content. This gave the website a cohesive, transparent, and genuinely professional feel that answers customer doubts before they even arise.
