The Observa solution is based on the identification of people through tags (labels or badges) that are captured by fixed antennas installed in the hospital. The movement information is sent via JSON to the solutions API.
The project began with a focus on the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and, after delivery, improvements were requested by the client. The implementation at the pilot client took place in August 2025, with a very positive reception.
