Montes del Plata is a forestry-industrial company dedicated to the production of cellulose pulp with state-of-the-art teams and techniques in Uruguay.
The new Integrated Management System is implemented in both Web and Mobile platforms and has functionalities specifically designed to report, alert and track events and inspections.

Solution
QAlified worked together with JigsoLabs to carry out the quality assurance and testing processes to implement the Integrated Management System.
The team coached Montes del Plata from the early stages of requirements gathering until the solution went into production, contributing in preventing defects from a business perspective.
Functional tests were carried out for all of the system’s functionalities and executed on the Web platform and for iOS and Android mobile devices.
As part of the tests, a usability evaluation was performed using system prototypes, taking into account the different roles that would interact with it.
Lastly, load tests were performed for the application with the aim of evaluating its performance against the expected usage in production.
