Challenge
The Client wanted to create the platform to enhance and automate experience of contact sharing and updating. To accomplish that, it had to be capable of reading and writing in the phone address book information, as well as syncing contacts with company servers and NFC data exchange.
And of course, such an app should be GDPR-compliant and help users to protect the privacy of contacts in their address books.

Solution
We worked together with the Complero co-founders to implement and execute the platform. Our project manager outlined the roadmap and was responsible for the successful delivery of the project.
As the Client had backend ready, we only worked on the iOS app. One of our developers created the MVP version with GDPR support in just three weeks, then we published it on the App Store.
During the development phase, the following technical solutions were implemented: the frontend using native iOS frameworks, integration of gRPC, lookback SDK, NFC support, and universal links.

As a result, companies receive complete and GDPR-compliant data and maintain contact with their customers. Complero also allows updating your own data for numerous companies at once with just a few clicks.
The platform keeps several million contact details relevant. In addition, Complero has recently won the 1st place in the remote pitch session at InsurLab Germany and works on integrating numerous customers from the insurance industry.
