Challenge
Validation of sensitive data such as dates, vitals, skin conditions, environmental factors, HHRG scores, and OASIS forms was being handled manually, leading to a high risk of errors due to the repetitive and tedious nature of the process. Additionally, testers lacked a centralized platform to run automated tests or view real-time results, which made QA cycles slower and delayed releases, ultimately posing risks to patient safety and compliance. The client needed a reliable, user-friendly, and real-time testing solution that could integrate smoothly into their existing workflow without adding complexity.

Solution
To address these challenges, Ramam Tech built a robust automation framework based on three core components: a Chrome Extension, a Flask backend, and Playwright scripts.
The solution was designed with a focus on simplicity and efficiency, enabling testers to perform validations seamlessly without switching contexts, all within the same environment they use daily.

Results
The results were displayed within the extension pop-up in a structured row format, allowing testers to easily track each step of the process. Additionally, state persistence ensured that results remained available even if the pop-up was closed and later reopened.
