Challenge

The project's ultimate objective was to develop a mobile app where users (especially internal staff members) could access real-time data and respond accordingly. The following are the requested features for the One Harvest application by the client: - Importing employees from another system; - Managing employees; - News & updates on management; - Single Sign-On integration; - Viewing the latest information; - Submitting days off and feedback. - Timing was tight: just 2 weeks; - Integration with their Single Sign-On service was proving to be challenging.

Solution

- We utilized the admin template website and employed pre-existing code from the corporate library; - The team conducted extensive research and experimentation to facilitate seamless integration with their Single Sign-On service. - A robust and skilled team was established to guarantee the project's success. And the first thing we did was to create a list of all the jobs that required doing for the project. Then we looked for people with the appropriate background and expertise to fill those positions.

Results

The One Harvest application is an internal tool designed for the exclusive use of Harvest company employees. This mobile app is utilized by the Australian client’s staff members for submitting their days off and accessing the latest updates. Users have the option to provide feedback through an online form. Besides, the client company’s HR department utilizes the admin site of this app for employee management and news uploading purposes. The research team at Saigon Technology has been digging deep to learn more about our Australian client's company and the sector it operates in. Because of this, we are able to provide cutting-edge Project-based Model solutions that are crafted just for them. Finding and implementing the best possible solutions was a must.
