The project's ultimate objective was to develop a mobile app where users (especially internal staff members) could access real-time data and respond accordingly. The following are the requested features for the One Harvest application by the client:
- Importing employees from another system;
- Managing employees;
- News & updates on management;
- Single Sign-On integration;
- Viewing the latest information;
- Submitting days off and feedback.
- Timing was tight: just 2 weeks;
- Integration with their Single Sign-On service was proving to be challenging.

- We utilized the admin template website and employed pre-existing code from the corporate library;
- The team conducted extensive research and experimentation to facilitate seamless integration with their Single Sign-On service.
- A robust and skilled team was established to guarantee the project's success. And the first thing we did was to create a list of all the jobs that required doing for the project. Then we looked for people with the appropriate background and expertise to fill those positions.
