Challenge

CupShe, a well-known fashion and lifestyle brand, wanted to elevate its online presence by transforming its web store into a full-featured mobile commerce experience that embodied its youthful, trendy image. The client’s main challenges were low mobile conversions, outdated branding consistency, and limited user engagement compared to competitors in the fashion-tech space.

They approached Salmore Technology with the goal of building a cross-platform mobile app that not only showcased products beautifully but also offered a seamless shopping journey — from browsing and wishlisting to secure checkout and loyalty tracking.

Additionally, CupShe wanted a brand refresh to align visual identity across all platforms, along with an integrated Ethereum-based blockchain loyalty program to reward customers transparently and securely. The challenge was merging eCommerce, fashion branding, and blockchain functionality into one unified, user-friendly experience all while ensuring scalability and real-time synchronization with their existing inventory and analytics systems.

Solution

Salmore Technology delivered a comprehensive end-to-end solution covering mobile development, branding, UX/UI, and blockchain integration.

Our design team reimagined CupShe’s brand presence with modern visual storytelling, interactive product showcases, and motion-based transitions inspired by leading fashion apps. The app was developed using Flutter for cross-platform performance on iOS and Android, ensuring a consistent experience across devices.

We integrated AI-driven product recommendations, a smart search engine, and a personalized shopping assistant powered by machine learning to boost conversion and engagement. For the loyalty system, our blockchain developers built a custom Ethereum-based token that allowed users to earn and redeem rewards directly within the app with all transactions recorded securely on-chain for full transparency.

To maintain high performance, we implemented AWS Cloud hosting and real-time database synchronization via Firebase, ensuring instant updates to products, prices, and order statuses. A dedicated admin backend was developed for CupShe’s internal team to manage inventory, track analytics, and push promotional campaigns.
