AI & IoT-Enabled Solar Energy Platform for Smarter Battery Management
Challenge
Cygni Energy needed a digital solution that could simplify solar adoption for customers while giving its internal teams better visibility into installations, payments, surveys, equipment delivery, and battery performance.

Solution
- The solar application allowed customers to check solar feasibility, upload rooftop images, request surveys, view proposals, select payment options, and track installation progress.
- The admin panel enabled Cygni's internal teams to manage customers, engineers, payments, shipments, complaints, and proposal workflows from one place.
- Seasia also developed a BLE battery monitoring app that connected with smart battery epacks and displayed live battery performance metrics such as State of Charge, State of Health, voltage, temperature, current, power, and charge/discharge cycles.

Results
Cygni Energy's traditional solar assessment process depended heavily on manual site visits, offline data collection, and consultant-led quotations. This slowed down customer acquisition and increased operational costs. The company also needed a mobile-first way to monitor smart batteries, support field engineers, and display live battery health data in a simple, accessible format.
